With a total of three power packed sessions, the Cavalier Speed & Power Camp will instruct & demonstrate the proper sprint technique, stroke mechanics, starts, turns, and relay handoffs for sprinters. Also includes a specialized introduction to power training. The camp is open to any and all entrants ages 13 and over as well as coaches.
